Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program description

Gillett Properties, Ltd. uses text messaging for direct, individual communication with tenants, vendors, and other contacts we have an existing business relationship with — such as maintenance coordination, lease matters, payment reminders, and scheduling. Messages are conversational, person-to-person communications, not bulk or promotional campaigns.

Opt-in

By providing your mobile number to us in the course of our business relationship (for example on a lease application or vendor agreement) and agreeing to be contacted by text, you consent to receive text messages from Gillett Properties, Ltd. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or lease.

Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt back in.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of our communication with you.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
